AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to
expanding the yearling buck protection program to a portion of an
additional wildlife management unit
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section 11-0914 of the environmental
2 conservation law, as added by chapter 486 of the laws of 2011, is
3 amended to read as follows:
4 3. Wildlife management units. These restrictions shall only apply to
5 THAT PORTION OF WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT UNIT 7P WITHIN THE COUNTY OF CHENAN-
6 GO, AND that portion of wildlife management unit 3A south and west of
7 state route twenty-eight.
8 S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
