          printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to adding Wilsey Brook in
          the Village of Wurtsboro to the definition of inland waterways
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 131, 140, 232 and 502 of the
     3  laws of 2018, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in
     5  Erie  county,  Chittenango Creek, Bash Bish and Kinderhook Creek located
     6  in Columbia county, Kinderhook Creek located in Rensselaer county, Bash-
     7  er Kill, Bushkill, Cattaraugus, Cayadutta, Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus
     8  (including upper and lower branches),  Fish  (including  east  and  west
     9  branches),  Gooseberry, Great Valley, Kennyetto, Little Sandy, Onondaga,
    10  Peekskill  Hollow,  Roeliff  Jansen  Kill,  Rondout,  Sandy,  Schoharie,
    11  Shawangunk  Kill,  South Sandy, Oatka, Tonawanda, West Kill, Scajaquada,
    12  Wappinger, Webatuck, Wassaic, Wilsey Brook in the Village of  Wurtsboro,
    13  Black Creek located in Monroe county, Black Creek located in Genesee and
    14  Wyoming  counties,  Ellicott  Creek located in Erie county, Wynantskill,
    15  Claverack, Taghkanic, Agawamuck, Wyomanock, and Ley Creek and  Butternut
    16  Creek located in Onondaga county, and Nanticoke;
    17    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
