Summary

To amend section 2923.11 and to enact section 2923.26 of the Revised Code to prohibit a federally licensed firearms dealer from transferring a firearm until at least ten days have elapsed since the dealer has contacted the national instant criminal background check system and the dealer has received a unique identification number.
