Summary
To amend sections 3302.036, 3302.12, and 3302.17; to enact sections 3302.037 and 3302.103; and to repeal section 3302.042 of the Revised Code; and to amend Section 12 of H.B. 164 of the 133rd General Assembly and Section 17 of H.B. 197 of the 133rd General Assembly, as subsequently amended, to make changes to education law for the 2020-2021 school year in response to implications from COVID-19 and to declare an emergency.
