A BILL
To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code 1
designating June 15 as Elder Abuse Awareness Day.2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted 3
to read as follows:4

       Sec. 5.2266. The fifteenth day of June is designated "Elder 5
Abuse Awareness Day" to increase public awareness of the innocent 6
victims of elder abuse.7
