A BILL
To enact section 5533.95 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of Interstate 680 within 2
Mahoning County as the "William Holmes McGuffey 3
Memorial Highway." 4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.95 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

       Sec. 5533.95. That portion of the road known as interstate 7
six hundred eighty, commencing at the intersection of state route 8
number seven hundred eleven and extending in a southeasterly 9
direction to the intersection with state route number seven within 10
Mahoning county, shall be known as the "William Holmes McGuffey 11
Memorial Highway."12

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name.14
