BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.95 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.95. That portion of the road known as interstate | 7 |
six hundred eighty, commencing at the intersection of state route | 8 |
number seven hundred eleven and extending in a southeasterly | 9 |
direction to the intersection with state route number seven within | 10 |
Mahoning county, shall be known as the "William Holmes McGuffey | 11 |
Memorial Highway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
