Peterman Memorial Highway; designating a portion of State Route 220 in Lycoming County as the Thomas A. Paternostro Memorial Highway; designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 74 over the Sherman's Creek, Spring Township, Perry County, as the PFC William Oscar Stambaugh Memorial Bridge; designating a portion of State Route 309 in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, as the Officer David M.
