AN ACT

Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, further providing for the Pennsylvania Gaming

3

Control Board.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

6

Section 1.  Section 1201(e) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania

7

Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8

§ 1201.  Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established.

(e)  Ex officio members.--The Secretary of Revenue, the

11

Secretary of Agriculture and the State Treasurer, or their

12

designees, shall serve on the board as nonvoting ex officio

13

members of the board. The designee shall be a deputy secretary

14

or an equivalent position within the agency. Except as limited

15

by statute, each ex officio member and his designee shall be

16

accorded all rights and privileges as are provided to all other

17

members of the board, except the right to vote.
