A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 7-13-315 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE NAME OF A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT OR VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BE PRINTED ON A BALLOT IN SOUTH CAROLINA UNLESS THERE IS SHOWN CONCLUSIVE PROOF THAT THE CANDIDATE IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES.
