A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 12 TO CHAPTER 13, TITLE 51 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF THE PATRIOTS POINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS AND TO PRESCRIBE THE MANNER IN WHICH, PURPOSES FOR WHICH, AND PROCEDURES UNDER WHICH THESE REVENUE BONDS MAY BE ISSUED.
