Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 59-63-100, Relating To Home School Student Participation In Public School District Interscholastic Activities, So As To Remove The Requirement That Such Students Be Home Schooled For One Full Academic Year Before Participating In Such Activities.
