Summary

Prohibit A Municipality Or County, Or A Unit Or Agency Of It, From Imposing A Fee Or Seeking Reimbursement Of Costs Or Expenses Incurred As A Result Of Responding To A Motor Vehicle Accident, To Provide Exceptions, And To Permit A Unit Of Government To Seek To Collect From Another Unit Of Government The Reasonable Costs Incurred For Responding To A Motor Vehicle Accident Outside Its Jurisdiction.
