A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-25 SO AS TO REQUIRE, BEGINNING WITH THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AFTER THE DECENNIAL CENSUS OF 2010, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO REAPPORTION ITSELF SO THAT A HOUSE DISTRICT MUST BE WHOLLY CONTAINED WITHIN A COUNTY IF THE COUNTY HAS SUFFICIENT POPULATION.
