Amend Section 17-3-310, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Creation Of The Commission On Indigent Defense, So As To Provide That The Commission Shall Meet At Least Annually With The Commission On Prosecution Coordination; And To Amend Section 17-22-1120, Relating To Diversion Program Data And Reporting, So As To Provide Additional Reporting Requirements.
