A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-125 SO AS TO PROHIBIT A MUNICIPALITY OR A COUNTY THAT REQUIRES A BUSINESS LICENSE FEE TO SET THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT BEFORE OCTOBER FIFTEENTH OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE FEE IS DUE.
