Amend Section 56-5-1560, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Establishment Of Minimum Speed Limits Along The State's Highways, So As To Provide The Minimum Speed Limit Along A Highway With A Maximum Posted Speed Limit Of Seventy Miles An Hour Is Fifty Miles An Hour.
