Summary

As enacted, provides immunity from civil liability for injuries to an ice skater for ice skating rink operators, in certain circumstances; does not limit the liability of an ice skating rink operator who engages in behavior that amounts to gross negligence, or willful or wanton conduct. - Amends TCA Title 20; Title 22; Title 29 and Title 63.
