Summary

As introduced, allows the submission of applications for licenses, permits, and certificates by emergency medical services personnel, and applicable fees, before the expiration date of the license, permit, or certificate to extend the license's, permit's or certificate's period up to 65 days, instead of 60 days, to allow administrative processing. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 68.
