Summary

As introduced, allows, in regard to computing a deduction from business tax, proceeds from the sale of meals obtained through reduced-priced meal programs to also be included when calculating proceeds of the sale of meals to elementary and secondary school students and school employees. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4.
