Summary

As introduced, prohibits a local government from limiting or prohibiting the use or installation of products that meet the national codes and standards or materials that meet the national codes and standards for single-family or multi-family housing or commercial construction under four stories; deletes provision declaring that a denial of a waiver by a local governmental entity pertaining to construction materials does not constitute a prohibition of those construction materials. - Amends TCA Section 68-120-101.
