Summary

As introduced, creates a Class A misdemeanor, subject only to fine, for any person permitting a train to obstruct certain public roads for longer than 10 minutes; provided, there is no violation for certain events that render the train incapable of operation; grants immunity to members of a train crew, yard crew, or engine crew for complying with the orders of certain individuals. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 29; Title 39; Title 55 and Title 65.
