Summary

As introduced, requires employers of healthcare prescribers to report to the TBI and local law enforcement authorities, as well as the department of health, prescribers that acquire or attempt to acquire controlled substances by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, or subterfuge. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 10; Title 53, Chapter 11 and Title 63.
