Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the department of revenue from collecting any fee from counties or cities who remit tax proceeds to the department; prohibits the department from deducting or retaining any fee from the proceeds of state-shared taxes distributed to the counties or cities. - Amends TCA Title 9 and Title 67.
