No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend certain provisions relating to the control of white-tailed deer in areas where recreational hunting is not feasible. It is assumed that any fiscal impact would not be significant. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
