| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1451 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to correct House Bill No. 1451 as follows: | ||
| (1) In added Section 802.002(17), Occupations Code, strike | ||
| "802.062" and substitute "802.061". | ||
| (2) In added Section 802.064, Occupations Code, strike | ||
| "802.063 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section 802.064" and | ||
| substitute "802.062 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section | ||
| 802.063". | ||
| (3) In SECTION 3 of the bill, strike "802.066" and | ||
| substitute "802.065". | ||
