| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 109 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to make the following correction: | ||
| In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 12A.004(a)(1), | ||
| Education Code, as added by Floor Amendment No. 1 by Hinojosa, | ||
| between "25.081(f)" and the semicolon, insert ", as added by | ||
| Chapter 1144 (H.B. 441), Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular | ||
| Session, 2017". | ||
