Summary

Government Employee Pension Reform Act of 2015 This bill revises the definition of "average pay" for purposes of federal employee pensions under the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employees Retirement System to mean the largest annual rate resulting from averaging rates of base pay over any five (currently, three) consecutive years of creditable service. This change will take effect on January 1, 2017.
