Summary
Post 9/11 GI Bill Payment Restoration Act - Amends the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Improvements Act of 2010 to repeal a provision which reduces from eight to four weeks during any year the time between educational program enrollment periods during which Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) interval payments are authorized. Rescinds from funds determined to be duplicative the amount required to implement this Act.
