Summary

Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to award two-year grants to states that adopt laws permitting the provision of specified volunteer health care services. Such laws must require that volunteer health care services are (1) administered by a health care provider that is licensed in another state, (2) within the scope of practice of such provider, and (3) provided to a rural or impoverished area within the state receiving the grant.
