Summary

Directs the Department of the Treasury to make payments to specified U.S. possessions (i.e., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa), beginning in 2020 and each calendar year thereafter, for expenditures made by such possessions relating to the earned income tax credit.
