Summary

Requires the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) to comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (which governs the government's purchase of goods and services). Applies to MWAA officials the prohibition against the appointment, hiring, or advancement of relatives to or in a civilian position in the agency in which the official is serving or over which he or she exercises jurisdiction or control.
