Summary

European Union Religious Freedom Act - Amends the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 to include among Congress's finding with respect to the forms of government-sponsored or government-tolerated violations of religious freedom prohibitions against: (1) homeschooling, (2) religious methods of meat production, (3) circumcision, and (4) wearing religious garb.
