Summary

To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain land to La Paz County, Arizona, and for other purposes. This bill directs the Department of the Interior to convey to La Paz County, Arizona, all right, title, and interest in and to approximately 8,000 acres of federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The county may sell any portion of the federal land conveyed to it for nonresidential development. Also, the bill permits the county to elect to retain a portion of the conveyed federal land for public recreation and public purposes.
