Summary
Private Prison Information Act of 2011 - Requires each nongovernmental entity or state or local governmental entity that has an agreement with any federal agency to incarcerate or detain federal prisoners in a non-federal prison or correctional facility to comply with all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements, including the duty to release information about the operation of a non-federal prison or correctional facility and the applicability of exceptions and exemptions under such Act.
