Summary
Requires the Environmental Protection Agency to issue a maximum contaminant level goal as well as a national primary drinking water regulation for certain perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, commonly referred to as PFAS. The substances are man-made and may have adverse human health effects. A variety of products contain PFAS, such as nonstick cookware or weatherproof clothing.
