Summary
Requires the President, in support of the national security strategy, to set forth a global economic security strategy for the United States that includes an assessment of the global competitiveness of key U.S. economic sectors; the national debt and its implications for U.S. economic and national security; and prioritized economic security interests and objectives, as well as associated threats, challenges, and opportunities and the tools to manage them.
