Summary
Articulates the policy of the United States with respect to the Arctic. Specifically, it shall be the policy of the United States to prioritize Navy and Coast Guard missions, infrastructure and capability development, training, and stationing of assets in the Arctic. The Department of Defense, in consultation with the Coast Guard, shall submit a report on the development and execution of a strategic plan that focuses on addressing U.S. Arctic policy.
