Summary
Expands the Paycheck Protection Program, established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), to include amounts from a paycheck protection loan that a recipient expends for waste and recycling collection services.
Title
A bill to provide that payments for waste and recycling collection services are allowable expenses under the paycheck protection program and eligible for loan forgiveness under the CARES Act, and for other purposes.
