Requires candidates for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and the General Assembly to file gift disclosure information based on the information reportable under Schedule E of the Conflicts of Interests Acts' statement of economic interests for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and General Assembly members. The Schedule E information will be filed with the State Board of Elections and as part of the candidate's periodic campaign finance reports.
