Powers and duties of probation and parole officers; Central Criminal Records Exchange; correctional facilities; reporting and transfer of aliens to the U. S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Requires CCRE, probation and parole officers, correctional facilities, etc., to notify the U. S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement if someone in custody appears to be an alien.
