Summary
The purpose of this bill is to provide that it is unlawful for brewers or distributors to offer any prize, premium, gift, or other similar inducement, except advertising matter, including indoor electronic or mechanical signs, of nominal value up to $250.00 per stock keeping unit, to either trade or consumer buyers.
