Summary
The purpose of this bill is to enable counties, municipalities, the state and county boards of education to deposit public funds into deposit accounts that are swept periodically into multiple federally insured deposit accounts through a deposit placement program, without providing a bond. §7-6-2a is new; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring have been omitted.
