A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Livestock Care Standards Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to livestock care standards.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Livestock Care Standards Board.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 21, 2020, authorized under the authority of §19-1C-4 of this code, relating to the Livestock Care Standards Board (livestock care standards, 73 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Livestock Care Standards Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to livestock care standards.
