Summary
Law 21-138 clarifies that private clubs, or any place to which the public is invited, are prohibited from offering marijuana to patrons and prohibits its consumption in private clubs and in public space. It also authorizes the Mayor to revoke any license, certificate of occupancy, or permit held by an entity that knowingly permits a violation.
