Summary
This legislation exempts from taxation certain property owned by the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. The excluded properties are Lot 20, Square 222 and Lot 37, Square 221. The exemption is contingent upon the National Community Reinvestment Coalition investing in affordable housing and entrepreneurship.
