Providing conditions for the Department of Children and Families to evaluate an applicant's life insurance policy when determining eligibility for Medicaid services; authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to use federal or state funds under the Medicaid program to pay life insurance premiums of an applicant or recipient under certain circumstances; providing conditions for the owner of a life insurance policy to enter into a viatical settlement contract with a health care services provider for coverage of Medicaid long-term care services, etc.
