Summary

Removes the requirement that the Governor's Task Force on Domestic Violence provide information and technical assistance to local domestic violence fatality review teams. Prohibits information and records acquired by said team from being subject to discovery or introduced into evidence in a criminal or administrative proceeding, etc.
