Summary

Provides additional responsibilities for certain contractors of the DCFS. Provides for involuntary outpatient treatment plans that require patients to take all prescribed medications in certain circumstances. Provides for the creation of a forensic mental health probation and parole program. Authorizes the chief judge of each circuit to establish a mental health court. Requires that the OPPAGA perform a study of the forensic mental health system, etc.
