Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 44-1-13 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the removal of improperly parked cars or trespassing personal property, concurrent jurisdiction, procedure, automatic surveillance prohibited, and penalty, so as to provide that any towing firm licensed by a local government shall only impound vehicles in a facility open to retrieval of impounded vehicles 24 hours a day, every day of the year; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
