Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to courts, so as to upwardly adjust certain fees to account for inflation and repeal certain fees assessed by the sheriff and the superior, probate, and magistrate courts; to amend Code Section 14-10-4 and Part 3 of Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to formation of professional associations and rural telephone cooperatives, respectively, so as to correct cross-references; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
